Meet the Duo founders

From the land down under, co-founders of Duo Consulting Group Brooke Phillips and Sumee Narayan bring over 30 years of combined expertise in people and change. Australian-based, Brooke and Sumee have delivered across Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the UK, and India, winning an Australian Business Award in Change Management (2023) for a federal government organisation. Brooke and Sumee have experience working across federal and local government organisations, including the Australian Taxation Office, Defence Housing Australia, Australian Digital Health, Energy Australia, Queensland University of Technology, Queensland Department of Education, and Brisbane City Council. 
Drawing on their qualifications in Business, Organisational Psychology, and Human Resources, Brooke and Sumee are globally certified change management practitioners who specialise in driving people-centred change that delivers lasting results.

What is change management
