As CEO, Brooke is a visionary leader with deep expertise in change management and a strong belief that people are the foundation of every organisation’s success. Passionate about engaging and empowering individuals at all levels, Brooke focuses on simplifying complexity and translating strategic goals into clear, actionable outcomes.
Brooke has a Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology and Management from Curtin University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, and an Organisational Coaching Certificate through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Brooke holds formal qualifications in program and project management and is an International Change Management Practitioner through APMG and Prosci.
Sumee Narayan Managing Director
As Managing Director, Sumee brings extensive experience in HR and people change, with a career dedicated to guiding complex transformations. Sumee blends leadership with a data-driven mindset to guide organisational decision-making and partners with clients to design and deliver change programs that not only meet business objectives but also inspire employees to embrace new ways of working. Recognised for balancing vision with execution, Sumee believes thriving organisations are built on engaged people and aligned strategies.
Sumee holds a Master’s in Managerial Psychology from HELP University, a Bachelor of Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, and is a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and Scrum Master.
